I am Anne Mwende Ndolo, a proud KOICA alumna and graduate of the prestigious Yonsei University in South Korea — “where history is made.” Indeed, history has continued to unfold since my return home.
I currently serve as the Sub-County Medical Officer of Health in Machakos, where I have had the privilege of representing my county and country on international platforms, including the 8th World One Health Congress in Cape Town (2024), the KASH Conference (April 2025), and the International Program on Public Health Leadership in Dakar, Senegal (September 2025).
My journey in Korea reshaped my worldview. It taught me that excellence is not accidental but cultivated through vision, unity, and service. Inspired by KOICA’s values of partnership, inclusivity, and sustainable development, my vision for the Nairobi Chapter, the very first regional chapter of the KOICA Alumni Kenya Chapter (KAKC), is to make it a living laboratory of innovation, leadership, and impact.
Together with my Secretary and Organizing Secretary, we envision a vibrant and united KOICA Nairobi Chapter; a home where every alumnus feels valued, connected, and inspired to contribute. We believe the strength of our Chapter lies in the collective wisdom, experience, and passion of all our members. As the very first regional chapter under KOICA Alumni Kenya Chapter (KAKC), we aim to set a high standard of excellence, collaboration, and impact.
We, together with all Nairobi Subgroup members, envision a Chapter that:
The Nairobi Chapter is not just a network; it is a movement of purpose, partnership, and progress. Together, we are building a legacy that will inspire other regional chapters to rise. Let us join hands, share ideas, and lead with passion as we write the next great chapter of KOICA Alumni Kenya.
