Draft Strategic Plan 2027–2031

Dear KAKC Member,

The Executive Committee has prepared a draft Five-Year Strategic Plan (2027–2031). It sets out how KAKC will grow from an event-based association into a self-sustaining professional network, organised around six strategic pillars:

  1. Institutional Strengthening and Good Governance
  2. Alumni Engagement and Membership Growth
  3. Professional Development and Knowledge Exchange
  4. Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation
  5. Partnerships and Development Impact
  6. Sustainability, Environment and Social Responsibility

We would value your comments before the plan is presented at the Annual General Meeting on Friday, 16th October 2026 (agenda item 3).
