Name & Registration
KOICA Alumni Kenya Chapter (KAKC) β Registration No. 2303362 39241, incorporated under Kenyan law.
Objects
To unite KOICA alumni, promote KenyaβKorea cooperation, apply development knowledge, and support Kenya's national development agenda.
Membership
Open to all Kenyans who have participated in KOICA training, education, or knowledge-sharing programs. Membership is by application and annual subscription.
Governance
Managed by an elected Executive Committee serving 2-year terms, accountable to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Finances
Funded through membership subscriptions, donations, grants, and partnerships. Annual audited accounts presented at the AGM.
Amendments
Constitutional amendments require a two-thirds majority at a specially convened General Meeting with 21 days' notice.
