KSG Queens Football Club: Kits, Welfare and Health

The KSG Queens, KAKC and KOICA Kenya with the donated kits
  • Date: 7th October 2026
  • Location: Kenya School of Government (KSG), Lower Kabete, Nairobi
  • Partners: KOICA Kenya Office and the KAKC Nairobi Sub-Group

The KSG Queens are young women aged 18 to 25 from the communities around KSG Lower Kabete — young mothers, job seekers and students balancing family responsibilities with football and their careers.

KAKC handed over printed match jerseys and kits, soccer bibs, balls, training cones and markers, fully equipped first aid kits, hygiene and sanitary products, and support packages for the mothers on the team. The day also included “Mama Kijana: Mafunzo ya Afya kwa Mama Vijana”, a health session on hand hygiene, clinic visits and child immunisation, and responsible use of medicines to fight antimicrobial resistance, led by KAKC National Organising Secretary Ms. Diana Chebet of Kenyatta National Hospital.
